Great Escape 2018 was AMAZING!!!

Join FPC High School Ministry on a summer adventure to Hilton Head Island! Departing from the church on June 24, we will travel to Hilton Head Island for The Journey. FPC students will join other church groups from across the Southern states for a week of wild games, challenges, fellowship, worship, and time on the beach, all while on a journey to experience God in a whole new way. We will return home June 28.
We do our best to make camp available to students at the lowest price possible by offsetting the cost by 50 percent per person. Scholarships are available but must be requested. The Early Bird price is $400. To get this price, you must register and pay the $100 deposit by this Sunday, January 28. After January 28, the price goes up to $450. The total balance is due May 19.
What does your money buy you?
  • Transportation
  • Camp
  • Lodging in Hilton Head
  • Meals (excluding travel meals)

High School Small Groups

7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Location: Church and homes

High School students meet in same-age, same-gender groups for fellowship, sharing and devotion.  Small groups are a smaller setting aimed at building relationships and walking through life together.  Each small group has an adult leader who serves as a mentor and facilitates biblical direction and learning. If you would like to get plugged into a small group, contact Katie Arnold for more information.

Sunday School

9:45 a.m.−10:45 a.m.
Location: Student Ministry Wing
High School students meet to study scripture together and discuss its personal application.
Middle Schoolers participate in confirmation class.  Confirmation is a two year class that covers basic theology and application. The class prepares students to be confirmed at the end of their eighth grade year. Students who take the class have the choice to be confirmed and join the church.

College Ministry

The college Ministry is focused on walking with students who have graduated out of the high school ministry. As students go off to college, military, careers, etc., our hope is that as a church family we can stay connected with them.  We strive to love, encourage, pour into them and share Truth in a variety of ways. Because many students leave the area, we do not have weekly college age programming.  We also provide opportunities for students to do leadership training and internships.
Our activities include:
– Summer Bible Study
– Summer Mission Trip
– Holiday Gatherings
– Passion Conference in Atlanta
– Valentine’s Care Packages
– College Visits
– Meal & Coffee Dates
